The festival is a celebration of all things … you guessed it…. chocolate and coffee, and features a number of tasting opportunities for beginners to the coffee connoisseur, and activities and workshops.

The Prince Kuhio celebration is the last of my top three picks for Springtime events and shows. The Prince Kuhio Celebration is an annual event taking place along the Poipu Beach coastline. The celebration is typically hosted in March, and includes various cultural events, such as hula performances, traditional Hawaiian music, and a ho’olaulea, or community party.
All attendees can also participate in educational workshops to learn about Hawaiian crafts and cultural practices, and a great opportunity to learn about a significant figure in our Hawaiian history who played a crucial role in our Hawaiian culture and advocating for Hawaiian rights.
