Most people think Summer, palm trees swaying, turquoise calm ocean, waves washing up on shore, and sunshine. Well that is not always the case. The conditions vary depending every where you go in Hawai’i. That is why Allure Kaua’i strongly suggest that all visitors go to beaches with lifeguards on duty. This is for your safety and comfort. There are many beaches that do not have lifeguards on duty. Our resources are limited – so please be mindful. IF IN DOUBT, DON’T GO OUT! So please pay special attention to signs posted on the beaches. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or consult with a local official or guide on ocean safety and tips.
There are so many things to do on Kaua’i from hiking to zip line tours. Just remember – hiking on Kaua’i is a must do, but be selective on hiking trails to go on. Off the beaten path trails are not recommended, unless you consult with a guide first. There are hiking tips that you will need to learn about for each trail. Stay on track, be safe, and enjoy!
We care. So take a moment to learn about ocean safety and hiking tips before your Kaua’i vacation.
